Because each artwork is printed directly onto natural wood, the result is never a perfectly uniform surface—and that is very much the point. The FSC-certified birch panels are not industrially flattened substrates, but living material with subtle variations in grain, density, and texture. These natural irregularities can cause minor shifts in color intensity, soft interruptions in solid areas, or gentle patterns where the wood asserts itself through the image. No two prints are exactly alike: the wood participates in the artwork, adding warmth, depth, and an organic unpredictability that cannot be replicated on paper or metal. Rather than flaws, these nuances are a quiet reminder that the image exists as an object—crafted, tactile, and singular.
